I recently attended the full day First Aid course and found the trainer absolutely fantastic. The training was so informative and the delivery of the training was well paced, so the day flowed well. I normally find classroom training quite dull and don't take it in well, but all the new information I learned on this occasion has stayed with me! Our organisation currently has over 80 carers and we send 4-6 a month on the various courses provided by South West Training Solutions. We have used this team for well over 6 years, back when we had only 15 carers! They have managed our demand for training incredibly well and we would not consider changing providers any time soon :)
